Unfortunately, given the situation, it was not possible to consume food locally or use a toilet, but they helped guide me to the waterfall. I hope we will have a chance to try the local specialties too :)

Before Corona, I was there with my boyfriend because we were on vacation. I have to say there is a great atmosphere here. The view is very idyllic. In terms of prices, I found it reasonable.

Was there before the Corona period and I have to say I really liked the rooms. We arrived and the staff gave us a very friendly welcome. Always my pleasure!

Great location in the German Alps. Spent one night there and were satisfied so far. Size of the room was sufficient, the staff was very friendly. Should we be in the area again, we would love to come back.

We were guests in the apartment and had dinner twice in the Gasthof Jachenau. Apartment not so good, but great food! The pictures speak for themselves - great food, good quality, great value for money, nice service and a cozy atmosphere.

Nice place, great inn and awesome view around. Friendly service and great cuisine complete the stay. We will treat ourselves to this feel-good atmosphere again.

A really great inn with a beautiful location, nice staff and, above all, the food was very delicious. I have rarely eaten roast pork with dumplings so well and the salads as starters are also very good. For this I like to give full 5 stars and can recommend it to everyone.

Very tasty dishes and really very generous portions. The service was also very friendly and courteous. The order was brought to the table quickly despite the busy schedule. So really everything is great who is around there should definitely stop by there.

Were passing through and had coffee in the beer garden, tasted absolutely great, service was quick and friendly, although sometimes some guests did not want to adhere to the CORONA rules at the entrance. Very nice area and absolute peace to relax. Great !!!

Great restaurant with a fantastic view of the mountains. The service was super nice. Prices okay (see receipt). The plum donut is tasty and juicy. The press dumplings were also good - but not exceptional :)

Some dude asked me if this was the place with the really good cake and I was like "Ja, genau".

Good place to stop for lunch if hiking in the area. Food options are your standard German plates, same goes for the beer. Seating is available both indoor and outdoor. Toilets were clean, young staff member spoke English, and you can pay with card.

Nice simple room, uncomfortable bed. Basic breakfast, friendly service, dishes not clean. Beautiful location.
